Composite Panel Enclosures

High-performance insulated enclosure systems for protecting electrical, mechanical and industrial equipment in indoor and outdoor environments.

Custom Composite Panel Enclosure Solutions

Composite panel enclosures are pre-fabricated, high-performance structures used to protect electrical, mechanical, and industrial equipment in both indoor and outdoor environments.

These enclosures consist of a steel frame construction sheeted with composite panels, featuring a high-performance PIR (polyisocyanurate) core which consist of a box-profile steel outer sheet, an insulating core, and a steel inner liner providing a durable, weather-resistant, and low-maintenance alternative to traditional brick or concrete.

They are widely used for larger applications such as, pump houses, plantrooms, telemetry control stations, and electrical substations & switch rooms.

They offer excellent insulation, preventing condensation
and reducing energy costs. They can last up to 40 years, resisting rot, rust, and UV exposure.

Unlike wood or steel, these panels do not require annual painting, staining, or sealing.

They are often supplied in one-piece or modular “flat-pack” sections, allowing for fast on-site assembly.

Composite panel enclosures can be manufactured in a wide range of sizes, shapes and finishes to suit the needs of the project. This makes them suitable for both standard and more specialised installations.
